Shandong Minsheng Group was established in 2018 with the strong backing of the provincial, municipal and district governments, formed on the basis of the Qilu Transportation and JD.com logistics strategic cooperation agreement, and began formal operation in November 2018. Built on its strengths in industrial investment and operations, the Group is driven by innovation, technology and financial empowerment, organizing its business into the "Three-body" pillars of rural revitalization, marine strong province and the Yellow River strategy, alongside the "Two-wing" pillars of livelihood education and great health.
